Hi All,
Having got my Carrier back from Steve I am in the process of adding everything back in again. It drives very smoothly on the twin motor setup but for the life of me I cannot get the sounds to work. Has anyone with a twin motor drive used the standard sound setup and if so do I need to modify anything to get it working. I get the required two beeps etc. when I power on and have channel 5 set to the 3 position switch on the Flysky FS 16. I must be missing something but can't see what.
Best regards
Dave
PS Steve, you don't have 3/4" section of the top bumper laying round thats missing

Re: Its help an RC muppet time again
Hi Adrian,
Checked all the connections etc as per the AT instructions, get the prescribed beeps but can't get the initial sound to trigger for the setup process?
Did wonder if it is something to do with two speed controllers instead of brakes and whether I need to do something with the cable setup?
Best regards
Dave

Re: Its help an RC muppet time again
I have sounds again thanks to Mr. Harris Now just need to figure how I can get both speed controllers to rev the engine rather than just one. Any advice anyone?
Best regards
Dave

You should have said on the phone
You need a connection from the receiver to both the PROP1 and PROP2 inputs on the sound board, so that moving either side will rev the engines.
The easiest way to do it is to use two splitters. The single leg goes into the receiver. One leg of each goes to the speed controller and the other goes to the sound card.

Hopefully the board is programmed for gas on both channels.

I don't use a Benedini board, so I re-programmed the board I use anyway (it's a lookalike). Did it work ok on yours Dave ? If not I can re-program your board possibly at Tankfest if needed.
