Totally agree with Andy,

A fantastic build, brilliant insight encouraging all of us to build big and what can be achieved with these super models.

I for one will admit I use and I'll be using this topic for reference throughout my build because it helps getting to grips with the some of the difficulties and challenges that need to be made during the build.

I've also enjoyed the innovation and modifications Phil's made to bring the model to life.

Thanks for all the interest and praise guys, trouble is the boss wants his chieftain! I could easily go through the model again and do even more detail but we have to draw a line somewhere.
The model is so valuable now it becomes a liability for me, if anything happened to it it could bankrupt me, so it all checks out, runs and drives beautifully and the boss is having a display case made for her, so she is going to a very good home.
She's off on a flight this week with a bit of luck, bank holiday today to! I think covid is causing logistical problems with a lack of flights but we will see.

On to the next build/ builds now. I will miss the Chieftain for sure!

Magnificent build Phil - really enjoyed your thread even though I didn't always comment. You took that one to new heights for level of detail. 10 days to ship to US is pretty darn good. No customs or Covid delays apparently. The new owner must be beyond happy with this one. Gorgeous model. The two color camo really has a presence about it.

Another question for Stephen (sorry to keep asking but you know you know!)

I'm getting a lot of interest in the breech parts and would like to ad the carriage/frame that the whole breech assembly is part of, would you have a drawing/photo of the frame please, I could just have a guess from what I have but it wouldn't be accurate?
