Hello Simon,
really fantastic work you're doing here. I'm a lazy poster but follow your build now pretty long
It is a great source of inspiration and will be for sure the base once my 7 will be on the bench.
For now its great to see the very high level of detail and ideas I can transfer on my Famo project
cheers, Uwe

Thank you all for the Praise, A small step was to start to make the wipers, you forget how much there is to them, some more tweaking and rubber blades to fit, i spent some time looking for these to buy but no luck or they were made of plastic, many thanks simon.

Thanks Tim, glad you are enjoying the build, they are a great kit, Here's a little progress, still working on the windscreen, making the wiper motors and connection's, i believe the wipers were compressed air driven, not something i would like to replicate, thanks for looking, regards simon.

Re: sdkfz 7 build log.
Yeah I agree. I thought that was a real 1:1 windshield. Perhaps too much detail Simon.

Thanks Chris and Mark for the nice comments, The build has slowed but not completely stopped, i Have been painting the internal side panels, easier to do when not yet fitted, i will concentrate on the outside once all together, thanks for the interest, regards simon.

Re: sdkfz 7 build log.
Progress so far, The choice of seating material was always going to be difficult, i did like vinyl but folding and sewing it looked to thick, so opted for a plain thin cotton, all sewn and stitched by my wife, i mounted the seat pads on 1mm thick wood to replicate the look, held in place with thin magnets, recessed and glued to the underside of the wood, This holds very well and can give you access to the storage compartments and main drive motor's, i will keep working on the Fabric with some color and wear to add some realism, regards simon.
