Hi All,
I am starting to assemble the torsion bars. (Another task I can do whilst waiting for the weather to improve so that I can begin a final disassembly and etch prime). I carefully reworked the threads so that I could hand tighten down to the state shown below. Is this sufficient or should the 'shoulder' not be visible. I cannot tell whether I have bottomed out the tread or not.
Any advice or guidance would be appreciated, thanks.
Alastair

Re: Torsion Bars
From those photos it looks like the steel shafts have bottomed out to the faces of the swing arm so that is as much that they will go in.
