Hi Richie,

Sorry matey not this weekend, some of us have to work weekends. Glad you all liked the Mpeg's, now I have found out how to download & edit these things we might see more, especially now I know how Youtube works! I have some footage of our first meet, when I get time I will upload them.

Antony,

We will have to look at setting something up next time, now I am more confidant with the camera. The video of you Panther would have been really good if I hadn't got you all in it, mind you I was only playing around with the camera, mind you that little tripod certainly does the trick and saves getting down in the mud!!

Paul  .

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your kind comments. The Opel is scratch built, mainly in wood, by Ray Spooner. He has built various models, mainly british, I'll post his web address when I find it. It also has a superb new paint job by Paul Morris  .It really is a great runner and great fun to drive.
Clive is actually in the process of building a metal one. Can't wait to see some photo's of that too :!:
There will be loads more videos coming soon as I have just invested in a suction stand for my camera :D . I want to get a commanders view point while driving it around, should be interesting. We have fog forecast for next Tuesday so I might be out early to get some shots of my Panther in the mist  .

Thanks Antony

Tony,
I would like to build a metal Opel as well. Or maybe the halftrack version? That would be really cool.
If you can find Rays address that would be great! I agree the paint job on the Blitz looks great. I love Clives Sherman, its one of the best E8's I've ever seen. I don't suppose he'd share or post any build details? Hint Hint?

Thanks guys have a great Christmas.
Bob
