This needs to be 30-40 degrees.
It took a fair bit of fiddling but hopefully its OK now. ......
Or is this angle grinded onto the torsionbars and is fixed ever after?

With the adjustable torsion bar system, the steel plug which sits at the "fixed end" of the torsion bar (CL0222 on my earlier StuG kit) can be released and rotated to correct any change in the suspension angle from age or damage, hence removing the need to change the angle of the ground portions of the torsion bars themselves.
