The bracket for the brake reservoir and the two pipe couplings on the hydraulic reservoir seem to have printed well. Phew!

Well it was really down to Vince, I just printed them out! Glad you like it, the little boxes for shipping are a bit gay but that's all I could find on the net.

If the front of the grill is positioned correctly, it should be cut at this level.

Re: Chieftain build by Phil Woollard.
Drawings and photos should be OK. As your model of the gearbox is 1/35 scale do you think you can get clear photos of it? If yes, then I will need four photos of the four sides (one photo per side). Also, very important, a photo of the top of the gearbox.
We'll see how it goes from there.

Re: Chieftain build by Phil Woollard.
Looking at your photos, I estimate that the slice of the gearbox will be around 10mm deep.

If you like, you could also create this small "crankcase" with an L-profile

Phil
Today I made a rough sketch of the body of the gearbox, the brackets (a bit shortened) and the exhaust box to have an idea of what I will be dealing with. I haven't done anything on the face of the gearbox which faces the engine.
Could you tell me the distance between the false bottom (where the slice of the gearbox will sit) and the ceiling of the engine deck so that I can figure out what sort of thickness of the slice I will be dealing with.
