Brackets corrected. A bit thin walled at the bottom but should be ok. Will send them via email.

Try to reprint the short one only to see if the thin wall at the bottom will give any problems. If it does I can increase the thickness by 0.5mm.

First batch printed and they are just fine Vince! I've all so printed some at 30mm long, oversize but may be necessary.

Good to hear that that thin walled section did not give you any trouble.
Yes, some parts I have drawn oversize (length wise) on purpose to give you the option of making adjustments on the fly.

Re: Chieftain build by Phil Woollard.
I was going to have the day off but decided to finish the clansman radio sets off.
I'm now printing different size tubes for the breech assembly until I'm happy with the internal fit for barrel attachment. So much for a day off lol.

Re: Chieftain build by Phil Woollard.
Good point as there are a few, looking at my new turret stowage drawings there were tons of smaller items stowed, like a thermos and holder, sterling smg, spare optics, an oil can the list goes on! I have most of those things ready to go. Thank You so much for all the help Vince it's much appreciated. There maybe more requests ahead

I wonder. Magic maybe.Oooo don't know how that slipped in there!
After you're done printing can you tell us your impressions, as a first time user, of a 3D printer. Seeing your photos, I already am making an impression by myself.

Basically from something that does not exist in our scale to something that lives, you can't get any better than that. The printer and printing, if I can drive it anyone can. Does it keep you up all night like the scoots ......yes. Would I buy another....yes.

WOW.
I'll take my hat off to you.
I did not think that so much detail could be added but as they say, seeing is believing.
Congratulations. I'm sure the boss will love it.

Re: Chieftain build by Phil Woollard.
Wondering how cramped it is inside the turret, and has any ex-crew of the Chieftain experienced the "Claustrophobic synonym"?

If I’ve said it before, and I probably have, I make no apologies. I don’t know how you do it Phil, it’s a remarkable talent. Well done.
Vince, not to forget your terrific input. You make a great team.
