2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY

Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.

We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.

Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

The South West model engineering exhibition 18th/19th April

The South West model engineering exhibition 18th/19th April 2009 at the royal Bath and West showground nr Shepton Mallet
Last years Show , although the first, was very enjoyable and saw a good number of 1/6th scale tanks of various makes and types on display and running both inside and out .
Its more than likely that Armortek and Lee Sellers will be there together with lots of other stands both trade and clubs .

I am trying to get the centre area that we and the public enjoyed on the sunday of last year, where Mark ( Armortek ) kindly let us have use of his bridge .

Camping is free to exhibitors , as is the exhibitors parking .
My only concern last year was the lack of toilet facilities during the friday night for those camping, but i am sure this lesson will have been learned for next years show .

This was a very good show last year and i am led to believe that it may even be bigger next year .
Loading / dunloading was not a problem as vehicle access is right into the main halls if required, though i doubt if a 7.5 ton yellow truck would get in.
Out of all the events i attended last year this was one of the best , and although a bit cold , was dry .

Insurance is mandatory for this one , and those attending will be asked to show a valid third party insurance cover ( uktc membership or similar )

Those interested in attending this event can you please let me know through this thread fairly quickly please .
