Famo canopy

Post by Steve Norris »

OK Famo builders,
I have just got to the stage of trying out the canopy and cannot work out where the 60cm strip of canopy material with the Velcro ends fits. It’s not shown in the instructions and does not seem to serve any purpose. Any advice would be more than welcome.
Regards
Steve

Steve, is it really 60 cms ? It's been so long! It represents the leather fillet cover that joins the bulkhead to the bonnet tin work, that strange gap on the real thing 8)

Hi Phil
Yes 60cm, now I see what it’s for  I was sure it was part of the canopy.
l have used a leatherette strip to fill the gap so it’s no longer required.
Thanks for the reply.
Regards
Steve
