which tap to use

I need to re-tap a hole in EPO415 (Rolls Royce Armoured car) for an M3x10CSK. When I search on the net I find that there are coarse, fine and extra fine taps available. Which do I need?

99% it's a metric course thread. To be sure though how about asking Armortek.

its a standard M3 x 0.5 tap.
