Re: Florians FAMO build
Phil is right.
a) The secound position I did
b) don't cut the shaft nut.
You will see the hole on the top of the case over the shaft nut. I set the shaft nut in the rigt way (like I wrote it allready). Than make the hole about 3mm deeper in the brass, fixing the shaft nut with loctite, and install the pin as in the manual, also with loctite. so you have the right position for the shaft nut fixed.

Hi Florian, looking back through your thread and looking at your drive sprockets, have you bonded the rubber to the sprockets in that position ?

I'm back, making some more details on may wind sheeld. Unfortunatly my window is broken while I install it in the frame. So I must built an new one in time...
I installed it provisionally, so not all fasteners are fixed, and I ahve'nt the wing-nut yet.

Looking good. Have you bonded the sprocket rubbers in that position Florian or are they loose?

Re: Florians FAMO build
Hi Phil,
they are loose in time. Why do you ask?
I made the rubber with dubble tape, because I don't know the realy right position now.
