Ordering of spare parts

Post by Armortek »

If you would like to order spare parts, please follow these simple guidelines -

- Orders should send through by email to sales@armortek.co.uk
- Your order should specify the part number(s) that you need, quantity and the year that your model is from

If you don't know the part number then please email us a photograph along with a description of what you are after.

We cannot accept spare parts orders over the phone nor without the part(s) being clearly identified - doing so invariably leads to misunderstanding and delays. Even a "simple" request for a sprocket can encompass a range of parts.

Many thanks for your understanding in this matter.

What do we do if we don't have the original manual for the model and therefore can't identify the part number? Sorry meant to add if a part is missing and cant be photographed?

@Peter, I just updated the orginal post and then saw your reply!

If you don't have the manual or can't identify the part then you can send us a photograph and a description of what you are after.

In that case, let us know and we can send you the relevant pages from the manual to help you identify the missing part.

They’ve been on holiday since mid-December. I believe the shop opens up again on Monday.
