2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY

Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.

We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.

Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

Kit Part Numbers

Post by Adam Osga »

I'm currently organizing all of my parts to be able to better find them later on as I assemble. I'm noticing some start with CL, some with CD, others with CP and CH. Do those first two letters designate something? Are all Clxxxx part of one type of assembly and all CPxxxx part of another?

Also, I'd like to hear how all of you organize during unpacking, especially all the fasteners.

Thanks,
Adam

The two letters denote the first kit for which it was designed, and some are generic parts that are used in more than one kit.

CD is the Panzer IV, CL is the Panzer III and StuG.

If you go to Walmart or Home Depot you can get slim organizers. Walmart has very slim clear bead/craft organizers. They are just the right size to fit in a tool box. You can organize all the screws and then use a sharpie to identify the size. For the machined pieces I just organize them in containers by size since they are pretty easy to identify. Getting everything out of the packing takes forever. I think armortek over do the packing. It would be more fun to just have a huge bag of parts and then figure it out by looking at the manual. Instead of labeling each individual part.
