Florian
Nice work removing the machine mark on the wheels -it looks great! That's a lot of grinding!
Enjoying these FAMO builds - fantastic rig.

Re: Florians FAMO build
Morning Florian, a question, should our Famo have the two top vents in the bonnet?

@ all FAMO owners and screw interests, pleas note.
The special track links screws are availabal, but to thinks to note:
1. The delivery will be at latest in March 2019.
2. The price for 250pcs. would be 41,00€ + shipping.
So pleas note, if you want to get the set send me an PN or email:

Re: Florians FAMO build
Good morning all,
a view day bevore I posted al little construktion problem. I'll be back with my solution.
You see at the attachments the bracket to fix the track mudget on front under the body bottom. The problem is, that you cant fix the mudget, because you can't hold the nut for tithening. So I take now M4 fasteners for tithening the mudget.
So I drilled a thread (M4) in the bracket, and make two other holes for M3 countersunk screws, to fix the bracket.

Re: Florians FAMO build
Nice mudguard fix Florian, just make sure the tracks can't catch the cap heads, square head bolts and track links can stop a motor dead, especially when the road wheels suspension is at max deflection!
I get my winch end of next week so I will apply your fix to that also, keep up the excellent work regards Phil.

Yes Phil I thought about that track problem... The screw is verry flat (looks bigger on the photo), so that will be work.

Hi guys,
it takes a little time to prepair the trackwheels, but now I could finish my trackwheel and framework... It looks good I think.

Hi Florian,florian rudolf wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 10:42 amHello Famo owners,
......
I continued to work on the winch. here it needs some rework, so that the winch works well.
Regarding the re-work on the winch, what are the details of re-works? I have two questions here:
Question (A),
The CS0574 and CS0511 are together with the winch case here. I am confused with the diagram in the manual: (1) CS0574----One end with a M4x4 grub hole. Should it be on the left hand side of the hole in the winch case, or the other way around?
(2) CS0511----One shaft is shorter, and the other one longer. Which side should be into CS0574?
Question (B),
I've found that without CS0511, the shaft nut (CG0249) can easily be locked tight into the winch case. But became impossible when CS0511 is in position. Is there any re-work needed?
Sorry about the long words.
With regards,
Lerh Chang
