I want ammo and ammo boxes for my Panzer III.
What's out there for 50mm (that's the 50mm KwK 39 L/60) long barrel?
Anyone thinking about making any?

Hi Jim,
I have been searching for more info on the ammo and crates and found this nice colour photo below:
It shows the packing cases for the ammo at the bottom. If we can find a supplier of the ammo I can get Simon of Custom Crates to make us the crates. Just need to find some 1/6th scale ammo now.

I found the following:
Dragon Cyber Hobby 5cm Pzgr Patr 40 Pak 38 Ammo w/Ammo Box (71329)
and Dragons Pak 38 kit has spare rounds, but I am not sure the head shape is correct.
The above is a very expensive route. So, I would be interested in the crate you are suggesting. And, hopefully someone will make rounds too.
