Re: Armortek attending Hausen am Bach 2018
Hi, Gerhard,
we also have an Italian forum and a chat on whatsapp,
with our group we participate in various model exhibitions / fairs,
one of national importance in Verona, the others are smaller, let's go to some militaria rally,
I would very much like to be able to visit your event,
I would take the opportunity to visit some German-Italian friends at "neuburg on der danau" more or less on the road
regards
Marco

Re: Armortek attending Hausen am Bach 2018
Hi Marco,
sorry, I overlooked this posting.
I think 'Hausen' will be a rewarding event for all tank model enthusiasts liking sizes from 1/8 to 1/4 scale. I join it since 2010 and had a lot of fun there. Only the weather can be a critical factor because all parts of the event are outdoors. Therefore it is a good idea to have some cover for the model and the own head.
For those who spend some more time in Germany there are some tanks (originals) to see in Sinsheim and Uffenheim, which can be visited within one day per museum when residing near Hausen.

Re: Armortek attending Hausen am Bach 2018
HI,
thanks for the answer, and for the information,
with my friends we are still discussing whether to come or not,
the desire is so much,
this weekend we are in the cittadella of alessandria for a manifestation of the Bersaglieri association,
I warn my friends that museums are nearby
regards
Marco

Now it's off to the south. Tomorrow noon we drive towards Hausen to the tank meeting, with stopover in Marburg.

Wow hahahaha! Thank you Adrian. pretty straightforward. Is the wd40 for the speakers? Just kidding but really what do you need to use the wd40 for something specific?

Re: Armortek attending Hausen am Bach 2018
Mainly incase it rains. Our models are left in bare metal and not treated, so if they get wet need to dry them down and spray with wd40.Brian Ostlind wrote: ↑Thu Jul 19, 2018 6:46 pmWow hahahaha! But also useful in case we need to help anyone with maintenance on their tanks.
