mike stannard is your man he made them for the kettengrad also i'm sure some of the uk builders have them as well

I was hoping a UK guy would have a spare set for sale.

Last time I bought something ftom the USA I had to send dollars
in the post as my bank wanted to charge me 28 quid to send an
international money order type of thingy.
