Re: Martin's Jagdpanther
Now the roof get some rain protection at the openings with their welds and a rough surface to simulate the rolled heavy plates.
Also the covers gets some o-rings for sealing. The inner plate against the seal will come soon.

Gee!
I have never seen anyone attempt the "turbines" in metal before. How did you do it?

Hi Martin,
Very nice work. Which a sheet thickness do you use for the turbine? It seems to me a little bit massive. In real turbine it was from 3-4mm. I used the 0,7mm sheet for the pipes and 0,4mm sheet for the turbines. I used only the brass sheet because of the welding.

Hi Chris, Simon and Michal,
thank you very much for your nice words.
Chris: the turbines of Simon are also metal ( i think steel ) and they was the inspiration of my turbines.
Simon: your turbines are very impressive and also looking very good!!! - like all your work here!!!!
Michal: i use an aluminium sheet of 0,5 thickness for the turbines.
Here are some photos of the collar and the distance plates for the holder to the hull.

What do you use to make the surface so nicely 'cast'-looking? ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
