Hi all,
Hope everybody is fit and well.
Only 4 more orders needed for the FAMO 9 to become a reality. That is really good news. :) Only even better news would be if 4 more sign up for it and make it a reality. :D I reckon if the kit was made then Armortek would have no trouble moving that last few. I bet they would not be in stock for more than a couple of weeks at the most. What does everybody else think? :?:
All the best
Kevin.

I think it's a big commitment for Armortek, and they're right to want enough confirmed orders to justify it. I'm surprised that the target hasn't already been exceeded, as there were more than 30 expressions of interest ....
Mark IV (Liesel, Abteilung 14, France 1918)
M3 Lee (25 Dragoons, Burma 1944)
Universal Carrier (2/Wiltshires, Italy 1944)
Panther (Deserter, 145 RAC, Italy 1944)
Centurion Mk 3 (8KRIH, Korea 1950/51)
Morris Quad, 25-pdr & limber (45RA, Korea 1951)

So far so good.....
We have called out loud " FAMO! FAMO! FAMO!..." before. Shall we call out " 30! ---30! ---30!" now?

When you way up this recent fantastic response to the Famo kit, we have had to put our necks on the line in order to make the release commercially viable with customers pledging around £100,000 so far, I would eat my hat if the Famo doesn't become the "bread and butter" kit just like the Tigers have :) :)
Regards and respect to those of us with oh so deep pockets, and not forgetting the guys at Armortek who have to make it a reality! Phil.

Oh dear Phil, remember poor old Gary Lineker! Don't tempt fate. (Now there is business opportunity, a range of edible head gear.)
Whilst I have no desire myself for a Famo, I hope that the target will be reached successfully in the next few days. I look very much forward to three Famos towing a Tiger at the next big show!
All the best
Steve
