We need to get our friends in Europe interested in this Famo 18 ton monster, I will make a few of my customers aware by pm and if all you guy's could do the same with your buddies around the World we might just get there! 8)
I think I may order 2 vehicles , one for me and the other as an investment.(so do I count as 2 customers?)
As far as I am aware no other manufacturer has ever produced a 1/6th Famo and as Armortek have a ground breaking reputation I am confident they can see the potential, the handful of customers already showing an interest just the tip of a huge ice berg! Regards Phil.

Found a line drawing for size comparison of 3 very large German WW2 half tracks Sd Kfz 7, 8, and 9:

For whoever thought the 8 tonnes Sd Kfz 7 is large, prepare to meet the 18 tonnes Sd Kfz 9.
Have fun! :D

Monique, I don't think you will have any problem selling 30 units of the Sdkfz9 halftrack.

As I have only a Panzer3 used as armoured vehicle for artillery observers, also known as Pz.Beob.Wg.111. This was a former medium (start of the war) tank it only needed one Famo to recover it.

Thus please put me down for one Famo, jumping from a smallish kit to very big. Will it have the proportionate power as well to do the job of recovering a panzer from soft / boggy ground?
