E mail alerts

Hi All

I don't seem to be receiving E mail alerts for pm's anymore, not a huge problem but might miss something important down the line, anyone else experiencing this ?, don't think its my end as I haven't changed anything recently.

Seems to be something wrong with your setup ?

Hello Bryan,

try the following steps to check your settings:

- login to the forum
- enter the User Control Panel
- select the "Board Preferences"
- go to "Edit global settings"
- check the settings for "Notify me on new private messages"
- tick "YES" if there is anything else like empty box or ""No" ticked

Hope that will help and sort your Issue,

Also check that sales@armortek.co.uk has not been blacklisted as "spam" in your mail client or with your Internet Service Provider.

Hi All

Thanks Uwe and Adrian, rather embarrassed, indeed the Emails were in the spam folder, don't know why this has happened as I've received them in the past ok.
