I think the anti aircraft tank is a Flakpanzer Coelian (a wooden turret I suppose) which did not go into production.

Hi Phil,

I was testing a pre-production double ESC for an electronics manufacturer in a non-AT model. Our spur gear motors have some higher standards to an ESC than the AT screw drives. Now this device is dead. It didn' withstand my load tests........

Till now I don't have news about my Armortek model, and others are not liked here as you know......

Next step with the Jagdpanther will be testing the original AT track links. Therefore I need an additional set of track pins to complete my AT track links without having to disassemble either the steel track links or my painted demo track links. Meanwhile the Jagdpanther decorates the basement.
kind regards
Gerhard

Photo no 2 is a very contemporary looking example.
Photo 3 I think maybe a top secret anti aircraft variant
The last one I have never seen before.....nice, Thanks for the input Paul, feel free to post more great photos anytime :D regards Phil.
Hi Phil,

The double barreled Panther is a Photoshop for a web site, but as you have spare turrets I think you should try it. I am not sure about number two and three. number 4 is a Haguenau Panther enjoy the sun.

Interesting weld examples, the weld quality was poor due to a weak and often intermittent power supply, producing pigeon poo beads, our welds in 1/6th are far to regular neat and consistent for this period in time.

Just had to put this one in, remember my comments ref the barrel pointing at the target, well this is a good example of how to pose that barrel.

Original WW2 colour film or colourised?
13139003_1269720819724462_2148414796489641488_n.jpg
A clue - a lot of wartime photos were taken on colour film but have subsequently been published in B&W for cost reasons.

Colourised!
But very, very well done. Paint under the gone front mudgards hinges was a misstake by the Picasso ( among a number of other things...)

Looks like Kurt Sowa's knocked out 222 KT in Stavelot. Very cool to see colorized. Brings it to life.

Love the KT, the colour "real or fake" ads a whole new dimension, come on Kent you must have bucket loads of interesting colour photos (no pun intended on the word bucket and photos of course :D )
Is that a piece of Kimwipe on the ground next to the KT? (you have to be very careful how you say and spell that trade name!)

There's something not quite right with this Panther, is it out of proportion or is it simply the angle of the shot?

Thanks for the input Kent, some excellent colour photos that I'm sure many of us have never seen before, the colours are great and will help with the painting of many builds out there.
The Panzer 3 has very similar camouflage pattern to the one that I have reproduced on the Flakpanther (which pleases me no end), you are very kind sharing a tiny part of your collection with us :D :D
I love the real life photo of the GI clearly using a "brownie" camera to take a picture of his buddy as he stands resplendent next to the mother of all Tanks, the mighty bad ass "Jagdtiger", I wonder what "tango shower" refers to? cheers Phil.
