Would have love to have attended this year, but due to senile decrepitude, I had to go into hospital, and by the time I got the all clear to drive, my application was too late Have fun on my behalf!!

I worked out the other day that this will be our 9th Tankfest! Attending for the first time in 2008, although I was not certain and thought we may have been there in 2007, I would be interested in anyone knows? Either way it has certainly become our biggest regularly attended annual event and has grown every year. The event is SOLD OUT again this year so please do not arrive with out a ticket!

For all those who will be joining us please make sure you have carefully read the paperwork sent to you by the museum, particularity in relation to timings. Please also read our previous post with reference to Generators on site.

The weather looks pretty good overall, however there is a risk of a shower. You may wish to bring a tarpaulin or similar with pegs to hold it down to cover your model if needed. Also please feel free to bring a chair, however please be aware that there is limited space on our pitch so please keep your personal belongings to necessary items

It should be a great weekend, with lots of familiar faces and some new ones too.
