finished the ventilatorcase, rounded it like the real one. Gives a better result, but that's my opinion

I drilled the holes with a 3.5mm drill and used nails with diameter of 3.3mm. I secured the nails with loctite

Try a 3mm drill and 3mm roll pin, that's what I always use.
