Re: Mike Stannard
I'm deeply saddened to hear of Mike's passing, and truly shocked that this is the first time this news has broken.
So many of the models on this forum and around the world carry his parts, which at least will be a lasting legacy to his care and attention in both research and production.
My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
Adrian.

Re: Mike Stannard
I do not know what else to add to the words you said about Mike ....
I'm very sorry to learn this news.
In our hobby and our hearts will remain a great void.
A hug to the family and say hello to you, Mike:
you will always be in our midst!
RIP.

Really sad and perhaps a wake up call for those of Mikes detractors (thankfully a tiny minority) to show that there really are more important issues in life than toy tanks and their parts. RIP

Wow. Gobsmacked. My condolences as well. His work was wonderful. I don't mean to sound horrible, however given the circumstances but does anyone know what will happen with outstanding orders and money paid up.

Re: Mike Stannard
I'm am positive that if Mike was with us his orders would have been fulfilled. Whom on this forum can predict what could happen to them tomorrow or within the next five minutes. Enough of of the moaning on lost orders it's a gamble we all take.
