Re: Sd.Kfz.7/1 and 20mm Flakvierling 38
Thanks Paul
I should have the window panels fitted soon.
Thanks Lacopo
The actual sewing part is no problem, its the learning how
to use the machine again, when it doesn't get too much use.
The cotton goes here there and every where through the machine, with
a spool of cotton on top and one other bobbin with cotton inside.
My hand sewing for the windows is not so neat, but a quick spray of paint
hides it.
Cheers

Re: Sd.Kfz.7/1 and 20mm Flakvierling 38
Hi Phil
That's really looking good.love the canopy.
I have just opened my kit and I am looking at the wheels
how did you remove the machining marks from road wheels type A ?
I need to do the wheels as I want to get the tyre's glued on the Comet
and I want to do the tyre's on the half track at the same time owing to the rubbish
shelf life of the Loctite 480 rubber loaded super glue.
Regards
Derek

Hi Derek
Thanks very much
I have just answered your PP.
I didn't do much other than cleaning up with wet and dry,but I think it
might be my use of Upol spray filler as an undercoat for the dark yellow,
that hides a lot of the marks.
Cheers
