Re: Sd.Kfz.7/1 and 20mm Flakvierling 38
You have probably noticed from my last pictures that my front wheels are on with the
tyres fitted.
What a game
After sticking a screwdriver/tyre leaver into my hand and not remembering Pauls refurb
job on an Sdk,I sent him am PM,or was it a plee for help.
Yes he came straight back with Boil them for 15 minutes and put the rim on the floor
and stand on em.
Well cricky it worked easy with a wobble and a wiggle, straight on
the second one was a tiny bit harder,I put that down to the first one being on the boil
from cold,so had a bit mot heat.
The other tyres on the road wheels etc are no problem at all.
So a big thanks Paul
Cheers

Hello Phil
Just seen this. But a common mod is to drill and tap the rollers and secure with a grub screw onto the pin.

Hi Lee and Derek
Thanks for that Info.
Yes I saw the broken sprocket picture, was that a cast one,i couldn't tell.
These parts in the latest Kit look good and strong.Plasma cut or similar process for
the sprocket.
They went together nice after a bit of work.
Cheers
