Update on contact problem,unfortunately the hard drive on the Mac I use for business crashed and cannot be repaired. I have backups of my data, but these are 2 months old. I have a tech working on the hard drive to try to recover the data. If it cannot be recovered all work done in the last two months will be lost, including all e-mails, invoices, pictures of products taken for instructions etc. If this is the case I have a lot of work to redo. I have hard copies of all invoices so filling current orders is not a problem.

I will keep everyone posted on the outcome.

Hi Guys

I can now send and receive e-mails, however at the moment I do not have access to my old e-mail files so I cannot refer to them. If you have a question about a previous e-mail please send a copy. I am also unable to access my billing data base, I have hard copies of all paid invoice and hard copies of all unpaid invoices. If you have questions on your paid order or current unpaid invoices I can answer them.
