Last week i started doing some extra brass work on my Sd.kfz 222 and 221, made light guards, box holders and width guides. great fun and much easier than i thought. however i quickly ran out of brass 90 deg strip so down to the model shop for more,but out of stock !! 2 other local shop also out of stock. I phoned the supplier Albion Alloys (a short 23 mile drive away )and spoke to Mathew John,hoping that they sold direct to the public. matthew explained that they only sold to model shops. he was very interested in the Armortek kits and i gave him details of the Web site, he also got me to e-mail the order codes of the strip i required from my local store (for thier resupply) Today a large parcel arrived at my house with easily 5x the amount i was looking for and free of charge ! what a service !! Mark and Gill are the exampliers of great customer service, but it is nice to see that they are not alone !
