Hi Paul

I was commissioned to build a very early Tiger 1 stowage bin around a year ago. This is now finished and delivered to the customer. To make this correct I had to do a lot of research and I found that the position of the pistol port in the turret was to high. You can see all my findings at the following links and may help you.

The biggest problem you will have to position the pistol port correctly to fit a functional pistol port is drilling a new larger hole for it. My customer decided to go with just the outside detail of the port.

Regards
Mike
