I originally mentioned this on the Berg build but thought I would follow Derek's thread.
I have been using an etch primer that I have found to be a good alternative to Upol acid 8 and quite a bit cheaper at under £8.00p!! I have found it to be just as good as the Upol in my opinion. here are your details.

500 m.l. can with a much better than normal nozzle giving results far closer to a full sized gun . . . in my opinion.

Hope this helps out, like I say I like it and they are pretty helpful in the shop, but they do not mix paint at all . . . but from the same range you can get grey primer yellow high build as seen on my models red lead black and white gloss.
