pistol ports
Hi clive
Your panzer 11 build has been amongst others an insperation to me in my first build of an armortek tank.
I was going to have a go at making them myself out of wood and coat them in epoxy or aroldite.
but why should I you have done the hard work and you might have saved me a disaster,
so please put me down for a pair its time to pay you back.
I found some details from the panzertract publications and the link that a guy put on the forum under the title of "lots of detail photo's".
So I was going to cut a hol in the doors and make up the inside detail.
I liked your rain gutter above the doors,I ended up making mine out of the brass plate left over from the armortek supplied running board brass sheets.
please let me know when and how much for payment.
regards
phil

Hi Dale, i spent a lot of time reshaping the turret bin, milling machine and files where the tools of choice allthough you can do it just with files,a new lid was made and new hinges and catches, the upper most part of the sides has half round alloy attatched to give a more rounded profile, and yes i keep meaning to take some shots, the turret is on the bench at the moment having the new barrel fitted and recoil mechanism, so as soon as thats done i,ll post some pics.
cheers.
