Hi John

Your Tiger looks perfect! Love that side view. :D Will you be camouflaging it? Looks like you beat me to the finish of our Tigers.

Great work! Thanks for posting the progress photos. Always fun to look at.

Merry Christmas
Tim

Hi Tim, still a long way from finishing. Quite a few bits to finish. Lots more work to do on the interior. The painting is still at an early stage. Still some welds to do also. Yours is also a runner while mine is not tested yet. I have upgraded the sound pack to the new version and hope to get it sorted soon. Still do not have ramps to get it off the table. Hope to have it finished by springtime. Yes I will do camo. And numbering. I got a seat for the commander but based on recent research it appears the seat made by panzer werk is appropriate to the earlier versions. I might have a go at making one. I know the intake on the engine hatch is in the wrong place but might leave it where it is for now and concentrate on adding some detail to it. I picked up some brass yesterday to get things moving again.
What do you think of the turret zimmerit. I am happy with the rear section bur was thinking of belt sanding the front walls and starting again. Think I was getting the pattern better at the rear.

ps Panzer IV and commander are awsome.

A superb build John, following it with great interest.

Have you sorted out your 'transportation problems ' yet, for the Tiger.

Best wishes....Mick

Thinking about a trailer like yours. I just upgraded the sound system so should be a runner soon. Have not given up on getting it into the back of the mini either. Had thought about getting a bigger car but got a Panzer IV instead.

Next part is the engine hatch vent. I know it located incorrectly on the kit hatch but I will leave it for now.

John,
your Tiger looks great, I've been following your progress. I think the turret zimmerit looks fine, once camoed and weathered it will look fine. Your detail parts are fantastic. Please keep posting your project progress!
Best regards,
Bob
