nearly there bar the painting, spotlight filter lens to make and some general cleaning and minor adjustments, i have enjoyed this item and very interesting. regards simon manning

That has got to be one of the best scratch built parts I've seen. Very well done. You must be made up with it.

Hi Simon
Amazing work!. Your IR scope makes a nice cherry on the top of an already magnificsent Panther model. Well done!
All you need now is a 251/D with an IR spot light mounted in the back as well to go with it! Hint hint Gill.

some paint applied and electrics, still have to work out how to connect to the power inside the tank, thanks everyone for the good input i hope it gives some interest, next job light filter, regards simon manning.

thanks fellow builders for the good feedback, the last of the panther and i.r. posts, still some minor parts to finish on the tank but almost there, i made the lens out of a vehicle rear light lens as near to the pattern as possible, i hope it has been of some interest to the forum, thanks for looking regards simon manning.

Simon that is the dogs B*****ks of a build, it was fantastic at the tank fest but this takes it to another level, the build and the paint work is just amazing, well done!
