Hi Guys
A quick Question
Do the pie slices (flat plate wedge) sections that are used on the crew heater
fit in between the spokes of the grid top ring or under
the ring ? if you see what I mean.

Has missed your posting until this morning - sorry
Not quite sure what you are aiming at but this (accurate) drawing of the Late Ausf G engine deck might be of any use I hope.
Please note that the round mesh on the heather and air outlet was at a 45 degree angle off compared to the 4 air inlet ones.

Here's a good picture(although there's no pie slices shown). The slices are under the outer ring and on top of the mesh.
