I now have Tim Bowman's bump stops from the caster, I have made the intermidiate plate for them, and will be working on making the rubber moulds next week. I estimate the cost to be about £20.00 each. Below are a couple of photos of the castings which I am quiet happy with.

I only ordered a small batch to make sure they were ok, will give you an update when I have made the rubber stops.

Steve
Those bump stops look amazing. Can't wait to get mine!
Also, Great news that your ordering another batch of Hull mounted mine dischargers, thank you so much for all your hard work.
I have now finished putting the rubber on the intermidiate plate and here are the results, it was a bit of a messy job, so I can't see
me making too many. I have ordered another batch of castellated nuts for those that want to use them as per photo, and the cost for the completed Bump stop will £18.00 each. Anyone who wishes to order please email me at steve.winstone@sky.com.
For new customers, I do have a catalogue of my Tiger and Panther parts which can be downloaded.
Steve, superb job molding, casting and assembling of the parts. although I did it on my own thread, we also owe a huge thanks to Roland Mann for the inspiration and help he gave me when first laying out the bracket dimensions. Also input from our Swedish friends Kent and Per. Glad everyone enjoys the end result.
Just wanted to post a quick note to everyone who has received theirs. The mounting holes on the stops I did were dimensioned and scaled from the real part and are not intended to line up with your kits existing holes. I am currently traveling but when I return home, I will be happy to post top hole position dimensions on my Tiger if this will help. I repositioned my stops slightly for accuracy and therefore did not use the existing holes.
Another easy way to determine positioning would be to mark the bottom center of the kits rubber stop and then center the new stops rubber bumper on that mark.
Happy tanking
Tim

Got my bump stops today. They are excellent. Also my tow rope and cleaning rod set and mudguard sliders. Excellent workmanship. What a pity the bump stops will be so out of site. Thanks again Steve and Tim for these parts.
