Panzer 4 Hull and Turret shurtzen

Post by Paul Morris »

Hi fellas.
With the upcoming re release of the Panzer 4 I thought I would offer the "Shurtzen" as an optional extra, I have already done these on a Panzer 4 previously and have the drawings for them somewhere .

Paul, Just admiring the job you did on the Panzer IV. Is that the old Armortek Panzer IV. What is the turret bin detail like. Is it acceptable after a little modification or is it a case of making a new one.

Hi John.

Thanks, this model is an original and was very rusty when it arrived here, no paint at all. I found no problems with the turret bin at all and what you see in the build photo's "panzer 4 back on track" in the panzer 4 section is what you get, apart from the turret shurtzen the model was basically un modified, and was / is a great model, don't forget this was the very first model before Mark and Gills time and things have improved vastly so the new panzer 4 will be much better in line with all the other new models.
Hope this helps.
Cheers Paul
