Some photos from today's outing to the Tank Museum.
First outing for the Comet and it performed well.

Great to see your Comet in such illustrious surroundings
Were the Museum OK about taking the tanks indoors ?
Once I've actually got a runner, I'd love to get some shots next to the real thing.

Hi Adrian,
Yes we have permission to run the tanks inside the museum, we are registered as official volunteers. There were six of us down there today ( 3 Tigers, Half track, Sherman and my Comet) running round entertaining the public. Not many visitors today but they all appear when they hear the engines start up. We have also a piece of ground allocated to us outside the museum which we intend to set up and use as a proving ground when the weather gets a bit warmer and during the summer several of us lucky retired people will be there during the week as well as weekends, we have only done about three days so far but have got very good responses from the public and the staff. We all live within 10 miles of Bovington so not too far to go.

Sounds like the perfect place for a proving ground
