In addition to the tanks I also do some living history with the South West Battle Group (SWBG) - anyhow, pre-amble done with - the SWBG is holding a 2 day event in aid/to raise awareness of our brave boys and girls in far flung places
The Army, RAF & Navy will be there, and so will I with my shiny new 222 - HEIDI`s first big day out
The guys at the SWBG are well impressed with HEIDI, and are desparate to get some more 1/6th armour down to put on a display (had another email from the club chairman today) - they are even giving me a 20ft tent to use as I see fit
I`ve put a similar post on the UKTC site, but so far nobody has replied
This is a great opportunity to get some 1/6 armour down to Cornwall, and as I`m the only that seems to own/display this stuff down here, it always draws a BIG CROWD
I would really love to see some of you guys turn up, and there will be camping available on site.
The event will be held at Marazion, near Penzance, over the weekend of 2-3 July.
