Radio control setup

Post by Jan_Donadoni »

Hello, finally getting my new (used) jagdpanther in motion.
Great tank!
Just would like to set up radio controls my way.
Actually forward, reverse and turn are joined and mixed on right hand stick.
Personally I would prefer to have each track moving separately And indipendent, that is left track on left stick (forward and backwards) , right track on right stick (forward and backwards), gun mount using the right/left movement on the two separate sticks.
Could anyone help?

Radio

Hi Jan
You did not say what radio you have.
But as long as you have the manual for the radio that came with your
Jagdpanther, its probably just as quick to set it up as a new model and
then this would start from the begining with all the sticks split up
ready for you, just the way you described
Other wise ther is an article on the Forum somewhere that shows you
how to change the radio to 1 stick motor control,so you just reverse
these instructions.
Cheers
Phil

Does it use the 4QD DMR203 box and motor controllers ?

If so, there is a thread here:

http://www.armortek.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2351

which gives links on how to change the way the DMR203 controls the tank.

Adrian.
