Tim,
Those are sick looking parts! I mean that in a good way! Incredible detail. Wow, you take the hobby to a new level. Fantastic work.

Hi Tim
Did you look at the front hatch hinges yet? As I have moved house in
July and had the builders in ever since my Stug has not been touched
and those hinges are still a problem as the motors sit so close to the
front deck.
I cant see how to fit the underside mounting plate of the hinge.
Good luck with your build
Derek

Thanks Stephen, Bob and Jim for the nice comments.
Hi Derek
No, I have not created the hinges for the front deck yet. My Stug III is third in line at the moment for projects but I am working on some parts for it when I can. Hope to have some finished road wheels to show in a month or so. I won't know about the front deck until I have the hull assembled and have had a chance to look at everything. I am making a new, detailed bottom panel with some new, detail parts. Then the swing arm and all the fun that goes with them.
Once the Panzer IV is completed and in dark yellow (pre-camo and weathering), I will start again on the Tiger 1. Then the Stug III.
That's the plan today anyways but I may not be able to wait for the Stug.
When you have a chance, it would be great to see some photos of the motor-deck clearance. I will make a completely new front, top deck for mine.
Best regards
Tim

Some photos of the installed, functional vision port. The glass block and visor handles will be added later. The Stug III's will be slightly different then this one both on the exterior as well as the interior. Main assembly method will be the same.
