Hi to all!
Strange things happen on my half track.
I cannot tension the right track at the same way of the left one.
The left one is correctly setted with the tension bolt at the half travel, the right track cannot reach the left one and the tensioner is at its full stop.
-I firstly removed tracks to see if there was a lenght difference, they are the same.
-I measured the distance from the sprocket center to the idler center, and the rh is 3mm longer than the left one.
-I measured the left and right height from ground of the idler and it is a bit different due to the tensioner position, the arms are in the correct distances.
-The halftrack is leveled and on a leveled ground so also the suspensions are at the same settings.
-the tension on the right track is not sufficient to rise the track from the first wheel.
Have you any idea where I can troubleshoot this issue?
I measured almost all the things that are responsable for the track tension without finding any error or damage.
Yes, I was searching for damages due to a crash from ramps where the halftrack hitted ground probably with its forward right side (as far as I can assume from the scratches and damages)
Just for info, the halftrack is so solid that no big damages are visible, just few scratches and a wheel axle bended a little bit plus the right wheel mud guard external angle broken.
As for this damage description, and no evidence of bends, scratches, right measures and so on, it is difficult to find a reason for the track tension problem. All things seeems to be simmetric.

Hi Mark, maybe you pointed right!
I checked the tyre of the sprockets and the left one seems to be bigger than the right one, and I think that the left one is correct. Right?
Thank you Mark, checking on manual to see what is the correct wheel and check where the other one is installed.
