Hi Edward,
You need an MG34 with the armored barrel.
It was named MG34-T (T stands for "Tanker") and was in fact the one normally placed in the MG ball mount at the front but with a but stock added.
The "normal" MG34 was never used at the "Fliegerbeschussgerät" even if some artists try their best to convince us there is no ww2 photo evidence of such arrangement.

Dragon had them with the latest release of "Bobby Woll".
