Hi Adrian

Your early Tiger looks superb and a great foundation for anybodys paint job. I am waiting on the edge of my seat to see the progress photos of Noel's master paint work. Is Dale going to let you put the side fenders on? (joke)

Thank you for sharing your great piece of work.
Kindest regards
Tim

Good to here from you again Andy .. Tiger are turning up everywhere at the moment it must be the time of the year . David Mc Connell has dragged his Mid Tiger out from under his bed to finish it off . So all goes well at last for the Tigers down under , Plus soon there will be three new Mid Tigers on their way down under , we just need to get them all togerther one day for an Armortek running day ...Dale

I'm helping Noel Date Adrain Tiger to one unit . So I've been busy today making the changes to the Mantlet ... You can see I've added extra armour over the MG hole , drilled the extra binocular hole. added a radius to the right hand gusset and rounded off the corners . It all primmed ready to go back on . Here are some photos .. It's good working on a tiger again ...Dale

Nice work Dale on the Mantlet.
The Tiger's mantlet is a real tough armour shield. Although declared as (in average) 110mm in thickness, in some part is actually more than 250mm. I don't recalled to see any war time photo shown it had been totally penetrated ........ . Keep up good work!

Beautiful work Dale. Excellent attention to detail on the mantlet. Amazing how many variations of those there were.

Nice to see you working on a Tiger again. :)

Hi Dale,
Once again the stunning painting!
Can you show me (and all of us) a closer photo about the fire extinguisher and the bracket please? Always wondering what exactly the colour it is? Not red! not yellow! maybe gray? :D
Thanks!
Lerh Chang
