A few people have asked how to drill the pivot pin hole through the hinges so heres the way i do it, I'm sure there are many ways but the way i find easy is to fit the two halves together as though the pin was allready fitted then find a small piece of metal angle or just flat plate that you can bolt the hinge to forming a jig, then i set it up in a vice so it's vertical, once the vice has been bolted down in a drill press you can drill straigtht though both halves of the hinge then unbolt and simply bolt the next one in for drilling,
