Freddie,
What kind of goop is that? Sorry if you already explain that. Looks like you had to work fast! Beautiful result though wow! IT looks perfect! It took me months to do mine in miliput, you will be done with yours in a week. Good work!
Thanks for sparing us any photos of you in your undies! Glad you are having fun and making progress! Sometimes you get too excited to put pants on when you have a breakthrough..
The zim looks perfect and will look excellent when camo'd!

HAHA Bob indeed i must say. When youre having fun you forget the most basic things a s putting clothes on .
Actually i show some skin there, hope noone gets scared
And the compound im using is a 2 compund epoxy.
I got some tips on the Milliput from Paul Morris (Microwave it for softness) but i just am to unexperiensed in it.
So i talked to Per Sonnervik and he recomended this as he used it on his 1/8 KT and the zimmerit is kinda gray white.
Its really cheap aswell about 7 euros for one pack wich covers 1½ side of the turret.
The down side is you have to apply and after all between 30 to 50 minutes you have to work it. Or else i might have hardened to much, depending on humidity and the celcius factor.
And as i have said before it chips nice for thoose shell and bullet impacts..this is going to be a banged up baby .
Regards Bob and keep the panther goin strong, there is always some you can modify now that its finsihed.

Hi Freddie,
You´re off like a F1 car and with this speed you´ll be done by the end of the month.
In your haste you put welding marks around the Nahverteidigungswaffe (close defense weapon), that round thing with a hole in front of the loaders hatch. This was in reality possible to turn, so no weld marks here.
Looking forward to seeing more of your build soon.

Hi again.
This time it´s the muzzle wich get its long awaited treatment.
As it was when i started.
The dremel had to work very hard to get the shape that i was pleased with. Lots of material to be removed and reshape into a rounded surface
This is just the rough shape, i will polish and round it of on all the surfaces that needs to be done.
Also thinking of somehow inserting the barrel ring in the middle section. will be tricky but a little ceramic metal and a little patience will probably do it.
Will also reshape the outer diameter of the muzzle as i want it a bit slimmer and drill out the muzzle to 17mm
More pics will be posted as always.

Thanx Bob for the kind words.
Been working my arse of really as today my motion, sound and smoker left Devon:), thnx Gill and Mark.
Mostly wheels worked on and i have left the idea of mooving the bolts on the drive sprocket. If ring breaks i have to redo the new one in the same way so i will just do as Dale, bolts inwards.
Going down to Stefan koenitzer to something special to the deck plates wich i think will come out super. We have talked loads about this and with his workshop and his uber skills im sure it will be as i want it.
Muzzle was fantastic when completed and just the inner ring wich im goin to let Stefan think out a way to do.
Happy trails.

Here is some more pictures of the build
Im trying to make the same mod as Kent dÃd with his Gear covers
But im trying out another way with hobby plaster to make the mold .
Lets see how it works out.
Yummy.
I took both rings and just pushed them into the plaster and will reshape them and get the proper length in a later state.'
I did 2 just to be certain:).
Here is how the KT looks at the moment all electrics are installed and tested. Wiering is all done and will go at it to get the cables in a smooth and good looking fashion.
Good or what???, deck panels are as i said earlier the next plan, so i can seal the hull.
Smokers delight!!! as you see its loads of space and the installation is fairly easy. Atm 2 20ah batterys are installed and 2 more are on its way in there.
And BABYOIl is by the far best fluid for the smoker.
The Tannoy speakers fit perfectly in under the grill. Just make sure that you cover the terminals so you dont blow the amplifier.
I used adhiesive tape on panniers and floor, and its stuck like its welded.
There might be a porblem for thoose who have made a liftable rear deck, but im not certain.
So meine freunder........Achtung Panzer
