Richie.
Apart from the shooting season and not running over daffodils why do you think we are so limited at the hall?
We have parking.
Easy access.
Your bridge going in has not been a problem even though it took a while to sort!
We can use blank firers anytime we want.
We have storage, that is lockable.
We are not bothered by the public, so no safety issues.
And lastly its totally free!

Hi All,
I think we're missing the point a little. We have found a running ground within reasonable reach of most of us, granted not all year round but most of the time. We are not really limited to Sunday but could go anytime as long as we let The Hall know. Thinking of going further a field is a non starter for me. it would be nice to get away for the weekend now and again but then we've got to consider our families. I don't mind travelling to Carnforth, 1 1/2 hours each way especially to meet all you guys but Scotland or Yorkshire, regularly is definately a "Road Too Far" for me.
We'll discuss more tomorrow,
Thanks Ant

Hi Richie,
I understand what you are saying about Doncaster, but don't forget Clive travels just as far as Ant, Steve and Ian! so the further south you move a venue the further you are making him travel.
As for the land, go for it mate! However, I think it is a mistake not to tell the person who's land it is, what you intend to do on it, i.e. use of 12 gauge blanks, erecting building, erecting a shed, altering the use of the land and digging it up. So lets say you don’t and you put up your bridge, the land is only for grazing or agricultural use only, the land owner can be fined and so can you, same goes for putting up a shed or creating parking. That’s why I went to the estate agents and I have had them looking for land for us to rent with the aforementioned issues, but I did say it would take time.

Hi Paul,
The pictures are only as good as your Dio mate, great job by you as usual. Glad you like the crew, they will look better on your halftrack than on a shelf in my attic, I was particularly chuffed with the officer, he turned out quite well.

Every meet seems to go so fast, next time we could all help Paul and create a BIG diorama. What do you all think
Thanks Ant

Hey Richie, it'll take more than a little bump off my Panther to destroy your superb bridge
Everyone was talking about 2 weeks time unless they've changed their minds.
Throw away BBQ's would be fine
Thanks Ant
