Hi everyone
I'm a little bummed there is not more M2/3 and M16 build activity on the forum. I thought these pictures I took a few weeks ago might help inspire the Half track owners out there to share your projects.
Maybe there's some usable detail reference too.
M3A1 My personal favorite U.S. Half Track variant.
M16
White Scout Car I know, not a half track but I thought maybe the front end could be useful.
regards
Tim

Thanks for posting the pictures Tim, though I'm afraid mine are going to remain boxed for a fair while yet, as I need to get this Sherman up and running.
I did manage to get quite a few snaps of the various M3 and M16 variants dotted around Normandy.
The most upsetting sight was this one at the French Armoured Memorial:
I would have hoped that more care would have been taken of these vehicles, especially as they are a memorial to French forces, in France, who fought for the liberation of that country.
Adrian.
