Bracket added to secure the mud guard, one more to make! need to order some 1mm drills, as the ones I had made drilling through the steel mudguard a tricky task.

2nd side completed, simple enough 2nd time round but little jobs like this still take a few hours.

Some progress

I lowerd the grills by adding some washers between the deck and the grill

Width of raised heater end increased by 5mm

Fitted the detail to secure the fan grill covers

Some more progress
Removed the bottom edge and shapped to look more  like the original, just the cross to the front to add.

Made the bracket that holds the rear light.
Made the bracket that holds the rear light.
Made the starter bracket, done the best I could without realignment, hole aligns for the crank handle.
